Designed for special applications, classified or highly corrosive areas, where a high level of performance and efficiency is required. LED array with output greater than 150 lumen per watt, built with an aluminum alloy to obtain an adequate heat dissipation, allowing long life of the components. Specially designed for vertical lighting spaces such as chemical plants, hangars, fuel depots, warehouses, etc. Our equipment is certified under the strictest international standards.

Application:
- Lighting in oil and gas refineries, oil and gas drilling platforms, water, deep excavations, mining, loading and unloading platforms and docks, tunnels, lighting of general industrial traffic areas with environments classified by vapors, flammable gases, dust, fibers and flammable particles may be present.
- General outdoor and indoor areas with presence of random, corrosive chemicals.
- Locations requiring continuous light levels with extremely hot or cold ambient temperatures.
- Where extremely corrosive, wet, dusty, hot and/or cold conditions exist.
- Marine environment, humid places and/or with maintenance for water jet washing.
- Classified and hazardous areas.
LED technology
- Cool white (5000 K, 70 CRI) and warm white (3000 K, 80 CRI)
- Custom design optics: 70°x140°, 60°, 90° and 120°.
- High quality LED matrix (IP67, RoHS, CE).
Construction:
- Manufactured in copper-free cast aluminum and subjected to a process of elimination of impurities, applying two stages of electrostatic anticorrosive powder coating. The first with epoxy-polyester paint, and the second with pure transparent polyester, achieving maximum adherence and minimum thicknesses of 300 microns.
- Packing and sealing by means of industrial silicone resistant to high temperatures and deformations, which guarantees tightness and preservation of internal components.
- Reflector made of anodized aluminum mirror type of high reflectivity.
Electricity:
- Multi-voltage 120-277VAC* self-adjusting drivers, frequency range 47-63Hz.
- Also available in 480VAC, 50VAC and 12VAC.
- 3 years warranty on electrical components.
